- Your first appointment will start with your evaluation in order to establish the type of treatment needed.
- It is imperative that you arrive 15 minutes early, to fill out your membership sheet while serving a good cup of tea and to have time to change clothes.
- In order to prevent any discomfort please let your therapist know if you have any allergies, high blood pressure, if you are pregnant, any hearth problems or other problems witch may interfere with your therapy.
- The cancelation policy is 24 hours prior to the therapy.
- In order to avoid any problems please be punctual, otherwise the amount of time will be taken out of your treatment period. - Purchased products are not refundable.
- We do not take any responsibility of your personal goods.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the premises.
- Alcohol consumption is prohibited before any while therapy sessions.
- The use of towels is mandatory in the SPA area (fitness room, sauna, massage).
- As you are in a therapy and relaxation area, please keep the noise level as low as possible and your mobile phones on silent.
- Before leaving don't forget to plan your next visit.
